IMPACT's Facebook usage

a. Instructions to Use this Page
To use this page and to contact IMPACT directly, you can privately message us by clicking on the “message” button on the page. The message button is located under the cover photo on the right hand side, next to the ‘Like’ button.

Please note: In order for us to communicate with you via this channel, you are required to first send a message to the page. This is because Facebook does not allow pages to contact people first via the messaging service on the page. Once a page has received a message from you it can message you back as many times as needed.

You are not required to ‘Like’ the page, however if want to stay up to date with IMPACT’s timeline, you will not see this in your news feed unless you do. Please note if you ‘Like’ the page, this is visible to others, including your friends.

Once you have messaged the page, you can expect a reply during business hours, within 24 hours of your message being sent.
Please note the messages you send to this facebook page can be viewed by IMPACT management and staff, and are not only visible to your case worker.

IMPACT does not encourage you to become Facebook friends with your IMPACT Case Worker on their personal Social Media (including their personal Facebook profile) and both parties should not communicate work matters through their personal profiles or in any way other than via the page messaging service explained above.

b. Terms of Use
This Facebook page is used as a communication tool between IMPACT, our clients, business and community, and clients via the private messaging service.
Clients must abide by Facebook’s Terms and Statement of Rights and Responsibilities while accessing this page.
